    We are seeking Full Time Certified Nurse Technicians at the Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville, Tennessee.


    Scheduled Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (40 hours a week)


    Provides basic offender healthcare under the direction of nursing staff. Assists offenders with performance of activities of daily living, vital sign monitoring and documenting and reporting changes to healthcare team.



    The CNA works under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Assist patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.

    • Current TN CNA license.
    • Current CPR Card.
    • Corrections experience not required.
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
    • Current enrollment in nursing school or 6 months patient care experience in at least two of the following areas: CNA, PCA, or paramedic in nursing home, hospital or equivalent experience may serve as substitution for nurse assistant certification
