    MHM Solutions is seeking Licensed Psychologist Managers (LPM) to work F/T at SCI-Somerset, Somerset, PA. A detailed new hire orientation is provided. As a Licensed Psychologist Manager, you will be responsible for management and supervision of psychology services to include overseeing 5-10 (depending on site) unlicensed Psychological Services Specialists (PSS) and Psychological Services Associates (PSA) and their clinical competencies. Coordinate psychology programs and collaborate with Psychiatry and Administration. Your direct reports provide various testing instruments to patients particularly PAI, as well as MMPI, Beta-4, WAIS and Vineland as deemed needed. LPM supervises, reviews and signs-off on the completion of tests, scoring and recommendations. LPM solely administers PAI to new Corrections Officer Trainee applicants as part of pre-employment process.  All sites have electronic records. Chairs staff meetings to discuss diagnosis, etiology, and treatment planning. Optional to have a caseload. Attend monthly meeting with leadership administration. Strong management responsibility for quarterly quality assurance review to include development of colleague relationships, support and networking. Collaborate with Regional LPM.

     

    Overview:

    • Plans, organizes, develops, directs and implements psychology services
    • Reviews, evaluates and reports on psychological services qualitative data
    • Integrates new policies and procedures into existing programs
    • Collaborates with psychiatrists, physicians and other staff related to therapeutic treatment programs
    • Ensures documentation by staff is accurate

    Qualifications

    PsyD or PhD from accredited psychology program - university

    Active PA License or pending

    1 year experience preferred with clinical supervision
