    We are seeking a Full Time Clerk to join our growing mental health team at Wakulla Correctional Institution- RCC for our Inpatient/Mental Health Unit located in Crawfordville, Florida.

     

    Shift Availability:

    • Full Time : 40 hours/week : Monday-Friday, Day shift

    Duties include:

    • Perform clerical, administrative, and scheduling duties accurately and efficiently
    • Provide coverage for other schedulers as needed for vacations, sick leave, etc
    • Schedule outpatient, inpatient, psychology referrals, inmate requests, etc. in a timely manner
    • Generate productivity reports as needed
    • Communicate with MHM/Centurion staff to schedule daily appointments

    Qualifications

     Qualified candidates will have:

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • One to two years of administrative, customer service or medical experience
    • Communication and organization skills, professionalism on the phone and the ability to type 50 wpm
    • Familiarity with computer software applications such as Microsoft Office
    • HIPAA Knowledge preferred, Medical terminology class strongly desired
