At Centurion, our dedication to making a difference and our passionate team of the best and the brightest healthcare employees has made us one of the leaders of the correctional health industry. Whether you are driven by purpose and impact or on journey of professional growth, our opportunities can offer both.  Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections.

We are seeking a full time Re-Entry Coordinator to work Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Our Re-Entry Coordinator will provide release planning for offenders upon their release from Gulf Correctional Institution. Our Re-Entry Coordinator/Aftercare Specialist will facilitate mental health testing at the reception to new inmates in order to determine the psych level of the inmates. Then, at 180 days prior to the inmate's release, our Re-Entry Coordinator/Aftercare Specialist will begin working with the inmate to provide guidance on where he will go after release.  This person will also assist the inmate in enrolling in social security/disability benefits as needed.

    Additional job duties include:

    • Maintaining compliance with all facility and MHM policies, federal and state laws, regulations and guidelines including HIPAA
