    We are seeking a CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) Coordinator to work at Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center located in Albuquerque, NM.   The incumbent with be licensed as a LMSW, LCSW/LISW, LPCC or LMHC OR be licensed eligible.  


    The CQI Coordinator will develop, coordinate and implement site specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs and initiatives in a jail setting.  


    Job Responsibilities Include

    • Supports site-specific CQI meetings and audits, and general coordination of compliance issues
    • Develops, organizes and implements staff training to conduct site-specific QA/CQI studies
    • Monitors and trends performance indicators, utilization, and critical incidents
    • Conducts QA/CQI studies and audits and enter data
    • Provides statistical analysis for all QA/CQI indicators
    • Prepares written reports and presentations on audit findings
    • Facilitates CQI meetings and take meeting minutes
    • Other duties as assigned

    This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 4:30/5:00.

    • Licensed or eligible for Licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LPCC
    • Experience in Quality Assurance/Improvement
    • Corrections experience highly desirable
    • Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
    • Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
