    We are currently seeking a full-time Recruiting Support Specialist to join our Corporate Recruiting Team. This is a remote position, however the ideal candidate will need to be open to working various time zones, as needed.

    Monday - Friday; days

    Responsibilities

    The Recruiting Support Specialist is an integral part of our recruiting team and will assist with the day-to-day recruiting administrative functions. This role will be responsible for a wide variety of duties to include coordinating direct marketing/advertising, maintaining job board accounts, creating job postings, newspaper/journal ad placement, email/text campaigns, and in-house direct mail campaigns. Additionally, the Recruiting Support Specialist will assist in coordinating recruiting events/conferences and in tracking attendee lists for these events, to include the timely follow-up with these candidates.

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years’ experience as Recruiting Assistant or related role
    • Previous use and maintenance of Applicant Tracking/HR Systems
    • MS Office proficiency; specifically Outlook, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Experience in using social media as a business marketing tool
    • Experience in using graphics and multi-media to create advertisements and other marketing material
    • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
    • Some knowledge of or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
    • Ability to travel up to 50% to attend various career/recruitment events throughout the country
    • Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
