    Centurion is proud to be the provider of  mental health services to the Forensic Health Services. 


    We are currently seeking a full time Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Dorchester Commercial Exploitation Project, The Dorchester Division of the Boston Municipal Court located in Boston, Massachusetts.


    Available Shift

     Full time, 40 hours per week


    The Mental Health Clinician provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.


    The Specialty Clinician for Commercial Sexual Exploitation will provide support and professional guidance specifically to the identified Dorchester Municipal Court participants and will provide clinical recommendations to the participants, court personnel, and the project team. As the project develops, the clinician may collaborate or consult with other Trial Court Departments and Divisions within the Commonwealth.  Working closely with the Massachusetts Probation Service which has ultimate responsibility for case management, oversight of court conditions, and reporting to the Judiciary, the Specialty Clinician will be available to the Probation Service to consult, advise, and problem-solving on cases individually and collectively in case conference meetings.

    • Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
    • Active mental health professional license in the state of Massachusetts; Licensed as an LICSW (or eligible for licensure within a reasonable time period); A substitution of an LMHC with significant experience in a similar position may also be considered.
    • Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
    • Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
    • Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
