    We are currently seeking a full-time IT Technical Support Specialist to join our Arizona Regional Office Team located in Tempe, Arizona.  This position is based out of our Tempe office but will require travel to our facilities throughout the state of Arizona.

    Responsibilities

    The IT Technical Support Specialist will provide telephonic and remote support for user troubleshooting and resolve computer, printer, software and network issues. Use tools and techniques to quickly identify and resolve issues. Operate hands on in identifying and successfully repairing, and/or replacing components or entire workstations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
    • One to two years of experience in a Helpdesk Corporate environment preferred
    • One or more years of experience in a Desktop Support position, within a corporate environment is preferred
    • Certification, Comptia A+, Comptia Network +, Microsoft MCP preferred
    • Basic understanding of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP protocols), Active Directory, and Exchange
    • General knowledge of electronics, PC architecture, PC operating systems, Microsoft Office
    • Demonstrated expertise in Remote Desktop Management, PC troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance and printer troubleshooting
    • Experience with current Windows operating systems
    • Extensive application support experience of current Microsoft family of products to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Sharepoint, and Exchange.
    • Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, including application error and system event logs review to include ping, traceroute, IPConfig, and Psexec.
