    Centurion has an opportunity for a Kronos Systems Administrator in our corporate office in Vienna, VA (Tyson Corner).  This person will serve as the primary technical and functional Kronos expert. They will coordinate all Kronos activities related to payroll including configuration, interface support and design, problem resolution and process improvement. The Kronos System Administrator will provide day-to-day support to the Payroll/Kronos user community and be responsible for setting up and maintaining Kronos access. This person will also create and maintain Kronos reporting and documentation as well as provide user training.

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree from an accredited program; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Three (3) years related work experience in a midsize, decentralized, multi-state organization
    • Knowledge and understanding of payroll/HR systems, interfaces, and relational databases
    • Kronos or other timekeeping application experience preferred
    • Microsoft Excel and Word required, Access preferred
    • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments and disciplines.
    •       Very strong customer service orientation.
    •       Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
