    We are currently seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team in NV.


    This position is a work-from-home opportunity, however the ideal candidate will live in the West and be in the pacific time zone, as this position will be supporting the state of NV. Travel will be required for various recruiting events(most likely once a quarter).  


    The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of Nurses, Mental Health Professionals, and other Allied Health (non-prescribing) healthcare professionals. You will develop comprehensive recruiting plans utilizing a variety of recruiting methods to generate interested candidates for your program and territory.  You will also support and work collaboratively with the programs and hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs.  In addition, the recruiters work as a team member within the recruiting department to further the goals and objectives of the department.

    • Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in nursing and/or mental healthcare recruiting and college degree required. 
    • Correctional healthcare recruiting preferred, not required.  
    • A successful track record of healthcare recruiting experience.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.
    • Solid work ethic, self-motivation, and good organizational skills.
    • Must have excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
