    We are currently seeking inpatient Mental Health RNs to join our Team at the Dade Correctional Institution in Florida City.

     

    This facility is dealing with an adult, male inmate population.

     

     

    Shifts Available:

     

    FT, PT and PRN on all shifts

     

    The Mental Health RNs are responsible for providing holistic mental health nursing care with appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.

    Qualifications

    • Florida RN license
    • mental health experience preferred
    • Current CPR.
    • Corrections experience not required.
    • Ability to obtain security clearance, to include drug screen and background check.
