    We have a new opportunity for an Inpatient RN Supervisor for the hospital at the Reception & Medical Center located in Lake Butler, FL 32054. 


    This facility is about 50 miles west of Jacksonville, FL.



    Available Shift:

    • Full-time (36 hours/week); night shift (7p-7a)


    The Nurse Supervisor promotes and maintains offender health by coordinating day-to-day management of the healthcare area; directing nursing and non-nursing support staff; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff. Maintains competency in all areas of nursing provided on-site and provides nursing services and offender care as appropriate.

    • Must hold a valid Florida license
    • Progressive nursing experience in nursing care with prior supervisory experience
    • Correctional experience preferred
    • Hospital experience preferred
    • Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
    • Must have experience creating staffing schedules and patient care schedules
