    Forensic Health Services (FHS), a wholly owned subsidiary of MHM Services, is a private behavioral health care agency providing mental health evaluation, mental health treatment and substance abuse services to both juveniles and adults.

    We are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager Supervisor to join our program at the Alternative in the Community Program located in Stamford, CT. The AIC Stamford program is a diversion program for offenders, providing comprehensive services to men and women using evidence based programming.

    Job duties of the Case Manager Supervisor include: 

    • Supervise case managers to ensure meeting contractual requirements
    • Conduct intakes and orientation
    • Administers and interprets assessments, develops case plans
    • Engages clients and uses motivational interviewing techniques
    • Matches clients to programs and services
    • Facilitates groups
    • Engages and develops collaborations with community agencies
    • Caseload up to 30 clients

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree plus 2 years experience in administering assessments and performing case management functions
    • Supervisory experience preferred
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
    • Excellent written, oral, and communication skills.
    • Able to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies.
